This site is built to be usable by keyboard, by screen reader, on a phone and by anyone who has asked their device to reduce motion. If something here does not work for you, call 559-676-1016 and say so. That is a genuine request, not a formality, and it will get fixed.

What is in place

• Semantic HTML headings, landmarks and lists in reading order
• A skip link at the top of every page that jumps to the content
• Full keyboard access to navigation, the services dropdown, the mobile menu, the FAQ answers and the quote form
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
• Form labels above their inputs, errors described in text below the field rather than by colour alone
• Text and controls checked against WCAG AA contrast for their own background
• Alternative text on every meaningful image
• All motion, including the scroll film, disabled for anyone with reduce motion turned on, with the full story still readable
• Phone numbers as real telephone links so a tap starts the call
• Tap targets sized for thumbs on the sticky mobile action bar

Known limitations

• The homepage film is decorative and its chapters carry the same information in plain text. Nothing is only communicated by the video.
• Third-party services the site may be configured to forward quote requests to are outside our control.
