How do I receive a cleaning quote?
Send the request form with the property details, or just call 559-676-1016. For a turnover, a short conversation is usually enough to price it. For commercial properties, post-construction projects and deep cleans, we may ask to walk the property first, because the condition and the access matter more than the square footage. The prices on this site are starting points, and the quote you get is property-specific.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency turnover?
Because we are based in Bass Lake, rapid response is often possible with as little as two hours' notice. Availability depends on the day, the size and condition of the property, its location and the scope of work, so the honest answer is that we cannot promise it until we have talked. Emergency pricing is based on the response window: same day starts at $199, within six hours at $249, within three hours at $329 and within one hour at $399. Which areas do you serve?
Bass Lake is home base. From there we work Oakhurst, Coarsegold, North Fork, the Yosemite gateway communities and the surrounding mountain communities of Madera County. If a property is a little outside that footprint, ask, because the answer depends on the schedule rather than the map.
Do you provide recurring commercial cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or a custom rhythm, with after-hours and low-traffic windows available depending on the schedule and location. Commercial cleaning starts at $249, but recurring plans are quoted individually from a free walkthrough, because a salon, a clinic and a small warehouse are not the same job.
