How pricing works.

Clear starting prices rather than a rate card, because no two properties we look after are the same job. Turnovers are priced from the property. Commercial and post-construction work is priced from a walkthrough.

Vacation rental turnover

$129 starting

Minimum starting price for qualifying smaller properties. Final pricing depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, linen and laundry needs, and add-ons.

Deep cleaning

$249 starting

For properties that need substantially more detail than a standard recurring turnover.

Commercial cleaning

$249 starting

Offices, retail, studios, salons and small commercial spaces. Recurring plans are quoted individually by size, frequency and scope.

Post-construction cleaning

$349 starting

Remodels, renovations and detailed final cleaning. Larger construction projects require a custom quote.

Property check or local visit

$59 starting

A local visual check with a report on obvious concerns. Not a professional home inspection.

Emergency turnover

$199 starting

Same-day minimum. Within three hours starts at $329, within one hour at $399. Availability is confirmed on the call.
