Professional cleaning and reset designed to get vacation rentals, cabins and short-term rentals ready for the next guest. Possible services may include:

$129 represents our minimum starting price for qualifying smaller properties. Final turnover pricing is based on property size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, cleaning requirements, linen and laundry requirements, and requested add-on services. A standard turnover also does not include deep cleaning, construction dust or damage cleanup, and it does not include unlimited laundry: unusually large linen and laundry loads are quoted separately.

The more consistent the schedule, the easier it is to save.

Properties with predictable recurring cleaning schedules may qualify for preferred pricing. High-volume vacation rentals, property managers, or customers with multiple properties should contact Golden Hour for custom pricing.

Property care & add-ons

These are visits and services rather than full cleans. They are priced separately on purpose, so a property check is never confused with a cleaning.

Property check / local visit

Starting at$59

A local visit to visually check the property and report obvious concerns to the owner.

This is a visual check and a written report. It is not a professional home inspection, and it does not include testing systems, opening panels or assessing structural, electrical or plumbing condition.

Guest support visit

Starting at$69

Local assistance for arranged guest or property needs when an owner cannot be there.

Covers the arranged visit. Additional time, purchases, deliveries or unusual requests may increase the price, and time-intensive requests may be quoted before any work begins.

Restocking service

Golden Hour can replenish approved household and guest supplies on the property's agreed list.

The $49 is the service charge only. The customer is responsible for the actual cost of the supplies purchased, in addition to the service charge. Larger shopping lists, extended travel or unusual sourcing requirements may require additional charges.

Linen & towel reset

Fresh linen and towel placement with a property reset, when requested.

Laundry, off-site laundering, unusually large linen quantities or specialty requirements may be quoted separately.

Welcome package setup

Golden Hour can assemble and stage an attractive guest welcome package for arrival.

The service charge covers coordination and setup. Food, gifts, wine where legally appropriate, locally sourced products and other package contents are billed separately, or can be included in a custom package quote.

Commercial cleaning

For offices, retail spaces, studios, salons, small commercial properties and similar businesses.

Recurring commercial cleaning plans are quoted individually based on property size, frequency and scope. After-hours windows depend on the schedule and location.

Post-construction cleaning

For remodels, renovations, new construction and detailed final cleaning.

This is the starting price for smaller projects. Larger construction projects require a custom quote, because heavy dust loads, multiple bathrooms and full-home remodels cannot honestly be priced at a flat rate.
