This policy covers this website and the quote request form on it. It is written in plain language on purpose. It describes what actually happens to the information you send, not what a template says should happen.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, the property address or general location, the property type, the services you tick, the approximate size, bedroom and bathroom counts, the frequency and date you are interested in, whether the request is time-sensitive, your preferred contact method, and anything you write in the free-text field.

The site does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies.

• To keep a record of what was agreed for the property

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in this website's own database, on infrastructure operated on behalf of Golden Hour Turnovers. Submissions are not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. If the site is configured to forward requests to an email or customer management service, that service receives the same details so the request can reach the office.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept for as long as they are useful for quoting and for the record of work carried out. If you would like your request removed, call 559-676-1016 and ask. There is no form for this on purpose. A phone call is faster and leaves no doubt about who is asking.
